It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Billard (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Billard and Gertrude Billard (Oates); his brother Edward "Teddy" Billard; and his close friend Debbie Billard. He is survived by: his son Cory; his brother Gerry Billard (Brenda); and his sisters-in-law, Nadene Rose (David), Melanie Moore (Tom) and Shelley Clee (Paul).
