He is survived by : his sister Linda d'Entremont; his niece Cheryl Hopkins; his nephew Carl d'Entremont (Nichole O'Connell); his friend Robert Newell; and his caregivers, Donna Crowell, Pamela Goulden and Leah Donovan.
