Christine left this world on April 28, 2026 at the age of 66, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewling and Charlotte Dewling (Heckman) of Lunenburg; her husband Fred Hanhams; her parents-in-law, Catherine and Fred Hanhams; her brother-in-law Levi Hanhams; and her daughter Ryan Patterson.
She is survived by: her friend Dianne; her children, Jessica Hanhams of Saskatchewan and David Hanhams of Chester; and her sisters, Della Lace (Richie Haines) of Cornwall and Susan Hancock (Ronnie) of Oromocto, NB. She is also survived by brothers-in law, sisters-in-law; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
