In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Dehlia had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Dehlia may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ted, Hilda Higney, Arthur and Caroline Skinner. She is survived by: her parents, Arthur "Junior" Skinner and Elizabeth "Betty" Skinner (Higney) of Lunenburg; her son Jax; and her half-brother Alan (Cork). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home (11213 Nova Scotia Trunk 3, Lunenburg, NS B0J 2C0).
