It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Walker (Lunenburg, Nova Scotia), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Melina Walker (Crane) and Angus Walker; and her siblings, Elsie, Ann, Violet, Kay, Winston, Lloyd, Dave, George, Ira and Angus.

She is survived by : her husband Fred; her sons, Winston Evans of Toronto, ON and George Evans (Sarah) of Timmins, ON; her grandchildren, Tessa, Kali, Olivia, Destiny, Justice, Hayden, Serenity and Colby; and her sister Lena Walker of Mississauga, ON. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
