With solemn reverence, we commemorate Eric Wentzell of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, born in Lacombe, Alberta, whose life came to an end on March 9, 2026 at the age of 95, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Wentzell and Phyllis Wentzell (Bennett); his siblings, Thelma Hartman, Owen, Roy and Neil; his siblings-in-law, Norman Hartman, Raymond Vickerson, Gwen, Mona, Avis Wentzell and Leila Vickerson; and his brother Allan.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his children, Helen Arenburg (David, family: Drew, Claire, Colin) of Cambridge, NS and Ian (Elana); his grandchildren, Allison (Jonathan), Cara and New Cumberland; and his great grandchildren, Adrian and Talia. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
