She was predeceased by: her parents, Roseville Cook and Edna Cook (Weiss); and her brothers, Jack Cook and Gregory Cook. She is survived by: her husband Samuel; her daughters, Karen Gilpin (Fenwick) and Debra Zwicker (Ken Gilpin); her granddaughters, Amy McDormand (Lantz), Jenna Taylor (Matthew), Holly Snook and Nicole Haltner (Ueli); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Hunter, Nathaniel, Landon, Alaina and Miley; and her brother Gary Cook (Nancy).
Memorial donations can be made to St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Rhodes Corner or to SHAID Tree Animal Shelter.
