He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Falkenham and Elvin Falkenham; and his wife Kathie Kirkpatrick. He is survived by: his children, Stacey (Laurianne), Nick (Erica) and Andrew; his granddaughters, Lena, Julia, Madeline and Audrey; and his sisters, Faye (Robert) and Vickie (Frank).
