She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Marie (Veinot) and Arthur Harold Langille; her husband Hugh Knickle; her son Karl; her sons-in-law, Richard Burress, Robert Peel and Arthur Piercy; her grandsons, Kirk, Adam and Jonathan; and her siblings, Lomer, Alfred, Harold, Earl and Pauline.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Burress, Alison Peel, Kelley Peircy and Kameron Knickle. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Dr. Arthur H. Patterson Centre for Restorative Care at Fishermen's Memorial Hospital; Victorian Order of Nurses; St. James Anglican Church or any charity of choice.
