He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Crystal (Emerson), Amanda, Kevin (Amber) and Amber (Kyle); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Thomas, Madison, Cody, Bryson, Jayce, Liam and Wyatt; and his brother Ellsworth (Sheri).
