With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Marie Whynot (Maitland, Nova Scotia), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on February 21, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick House and Therese House (Cottreau). She is survived by : her husband John; her children, Stephanie (Jason), Sydney, Jessica (Suley), Grand Prairie and Jonathan (Olivia); her grandchildren, Ryland, Gemma, Hunter and Kinsley; and her siblings, Michelle Tipert and Brian House (Tracey). She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to South Shore Regional Hospital Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association.
