She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Jodrey and Doris Jodrey (Grandahl); and her husband Tim Bowser. She is survived by : her son Shea Armstrong; her brother Joseph Kenneth Jodrey; and her stepson Richard Edward Bowser.

Donations in memory may be made to the Nova Scotia SPCA – Kings Shelter.
