She was predeceased by : her aunt Dorothea Moore (Dot). She is survived by : her friend Tim; her husband Tim Surette; her children, Derek Brown (Chantelle) of Calgary and Jana van (Scott) of Vrie; and her granddaughters, Norah and Grace.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the VON, Feed Nova Scotia and Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
