She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Doucet and Cécile Doucet; and her siblings, Kevin, Claudette Belliveau (Doucet), Helen Doucet and Roland Doucet.

She is survived by: her husband Norbert Thimot; and her siblings, Wayne Doucet (Yvonne) of Meteghan, Judy Morrell (Greg) of Digby, Hazel Hamlin of Little Brook, Brian Doucet (Yvette) of Yarmouth and Janice Graham (John) of Ottawa.
