It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eli Joseph Comeau of Meteghan, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Anselm Comeau and Edith Comeau (Comeau); and his brothers, Delbert and Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Georgina; his sons, Kevin "Jim" and Blair (late Sarah); his stepdaughters, Colleen LeBlanc (Alain Comeau) and Sandra LeBlanc (Jean-François LaForest); his sisters, Stella LeBlanc (Paul Yarwood) and Modeste Gaudet (Maurice); his grandchildren, Chris, Courtney, Mathieu, Josée, Dielle, Ghislaine, Nadya and Wayland; his stepgrandsons, Richard and Ian; and his great grandchildren, Shaefer, Arielle, Mikel, Mario and Iyla.
