She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexandre Melanson and Ella Anna Melanson (Doucet); her siblings, Leslie, Marie Marguerite Gaudet, Celeste Melanson, Alice Saulnier and Soeur Florence Melanson; and her siblings' children, Bernice Twaddle, Gerald Gaudet, Wilfred Gaudet and Wayne Melanson.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Patricia Melanson (François), Alan (Durline), Richard (Sheila) and Bill Twaddle.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Cemetery (4151 Patrice Rd, Corberrie, NS B0W2Z0).
