He was predeceased by : his parents, Pierre Dugas and Lucie Dugas (Gaudet); his wife Cecile; and his sisters, Rosella and Eva.

He is survived by : his children, Paul of Ohio, Jeanne Dugas of Ohio and Jean-Guy (Jacob); and his grandson Christian Colwell.

Donations in Neil's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
