He was predeceased by : his parents, Dennis Saulnier and Lena Saulnier (Comeau); and his siblings, Arthur, Dennis (Sharon), Bernard (Debbie), Celeste Smith (Reg) and Cerita Crowell (Tedford).

He is survived by : his close friend Lynn Deveau; his children, Angela Jackson (Dave) and Robert McNally; and his siblings, Fred, Emile (Donna), Saint Alphonse, Avite, John, Beaver River, Peter and Ann Marie Foley (Harold).

Donations in Norman's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
