Wo Alfred D. LeBlanc Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wo Alfred D. LeBlanc (Meteghan, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip LeBlanc and Florence LeBlanc; and his siblings, Rose, Elizabeth, Camille, Albert, Adrien, Josephine, Edna, Hazel, Prescille and Lionel.
He is survived by: his wife Louise (Belliveau); his children, Elaine LeBlanc (Michel), Ronald LeBlanc (Madeleine Li), Jean and Augustin LeBlanc; his grandchildren, Christine Deveau (Christien) and Marc LeBlanc (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Amélie and Azure Deveau; and his cousin Anne Boudreau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meteghan Funeral & Cremation Services (8348 Hwy 1, Meteghan Centre, NS B0W2J0). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Église Sacré-Cœur.
