She was predeceased by : her parents, Eric Urquhart and Phyllis Urquhart (Glawson); and her siblings, Rebecca, Norman, James and Christine.
She is survived by : her husband Blaine; her children, Adam (Alicia), Alyssa, Kalee, Zoe and Robert (Eric); and her siblings, Orma, Tammy, Holly, Debbie (Archie), Terrance, Eric (Becky) and Jean (Gary). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
