She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley Brown and Stella Brown (Benedict); her husband Burnham Taylor Higgins; her daughter Deborah Trenaman; her sons-in-law, Donald Ruggles and Bruce Trenaman; her siblings, Bob, John, David, Russell, Roy, Irene and Hazel; her siblings-in-law, Jim Hendriks and Phyllis Brown; her niece Karen Hovey; and her nephews, Matthew Brown and Peter Hovey.
