He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mader and Charlotte Ann Mader (Firth); his wife Davelyn Mader (Zinck); and his brothers, George and Beau Mader.
He is survived by: his children, Dave Mader (Shonda) and Beth Mader; and his grandchildren, Megan, Austin, Estelle and Adam. He is also survived by extended family members along with countless friends.
