He was predeceased by : his father Michael; his grandparents, Mel and Ann Patriquen; and his aunts, Kelly Patriquen and Mary-Jane Patriquen Shelley.

He is survived by : his mother Melanie Stephen; his sister Melana Raye Patriquen; and his niece Faith Gilbert.
