She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Frank" Richardson and Inez Richardson (McBurnie); her husband Albin; and her siblings, Mary, Theresa, Shirley, Betty, Jean, Doris, Frances, Diane and Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Parsons (Al Halliday), Angela Dorey, Allan Dorey (Julie) and Daniel Dorey (Thomas Edgecombe); her grandchildren, Troy, Sheena, Lily, Josh, Amber, Emma, Malcolm and Robert; her great grandchild Weston; and her siblings, Hazel Richardson and Junior Richardson (Nancy).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oakridge Memorial Gardens (1078 Old Sackville Rd, Middle Sackville, NS B4E3A6). A reception will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home Oakridge Chapel (1110 Old Sackville Rd, Middle Sackville, NS B4E3A6).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sharon can be made to Kidney Foundation of Canada.
