He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Parker and Helen Parker (Taylor); and his brothers, Darrell and Howard "Skip" Parker. He is survived by: his wife Dale V. Steadman; his daughter Kim Pineo (Dana); his grandchildren, Andrew and Emma Pineo; his sisters, Judy Kinsman (Brian) of Berwick, Bonnie Wentzell (Gary) of Berwick and Neta Gould (Gary) of Berwick; and his sister-in-law Bridgett Parker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donations in memory of Bert may be made to the Valley Hospice Foundation or the Waterville & District Volunteer Fire Department.
