She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Patrick Ward and Catherine Ella Ward; and her siblings, Alfred, Dallas, Billy, Tommy, Patsy, Margaret, Dolly, Jean and Rita.
She is survived by : her close friend Bert Clayton; her children, Paul Richter (Shari) of Middleton, NS and Kim Richter (Sherman) of Saint John, NB; her stepdaughter Claire Clayton of Middleton, NS; her grandchildren, Cameron, Cara McCurdy, Isaac, Ava Richter, Addyson Mappleback, Tyler and Maggie Peters; her siblings, Darlene Mattes (Ken) of Winnipeg, Judy Schofield (Otis) of Berwick and Patrick Ward (Jan); her sisters-in-law, Shelley Clayton of Fredericton and Wanda Seely of Amherst; and her niece Dr. Cathy Mattes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
