He was predeceased by: his parents, Allison Smith and Marie Smith (Gillis). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Wallis (Kevin), Donald Jay and DJ (Dawn Acker); his grandsons, Nicholas (Tyra), Dyson and Lewis; and his close friend Pam Jones. He is also survived by her 4 daughters; her large extended family and his cousins.
