With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Hilda Craig (Middleton, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Randolph and Myrtle Eudora Hiltz (Prime); her husband Donald "Bud"; her daughter Tammy Durno; and her siblings, Frances MacMillan (Glen), Vivian Lee (Leslie), Shirley Drew (Marshall), Evelyn Powers (Linton), Leslie Hiltz (Nora) and Noel Hiltz (Gladys).
She is survived by: her daughter Lorna "Jackie" Craig; her son-in-law Eric Durno (Woodville); her grandchildren, Samantha Durno (Mac Whitehead) and Craig Durno; and her siblings, Bernice Pinkerton (late Bob) and Benny Hiltz (late Marg).
Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Kings Co. SPCA, Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or to Victorian Order of Nurses – Annapolis Valley Branch.
