She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Neily and Anna Neily of Torbrook Mines, NS.; her husband Edward; and her siblings, Reagh (Jean), Robert (Hilda), Leola (Patrick Murray) and Ora (Alden Baker).

She is survived by: her daughter Melanie (Derek Coombs); and her granddaughters, Kaitlyn (Chris Flynn) and Candice (Jarrod Arnason). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
