We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2023, at the age of 76, Kathryn Mary Blades (Middleton, Nova Scotia), born in Saint John, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her adoptive parents, Cecil Ormiston and Margaret Ormiston (Dodge); her daughters, Heather and Carla; and her pet Drako.

She is survived by : her husband Carl Blades; her son Duncan; and her grandchildren, Jalmer, Cody, Cassie, Conner and Caylee of Florida.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's United Church, Elderbank.
