Lamont Sabean Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2025, at the age of 78, Lamont Sabean (Middleton, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence R. Sabean and Olive V. Sabean (O'Neil); his brother Gary Sabean; his aunts, Violet Broughm (Arthur) and Eileen MacDonald (Bert); his cousins, Roger Ellis and Joan MacDonald; and his in-laws, Ronald, Leon (Patricia), Betty, Walter Reeves and Shirley Connors (Leroy).
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn E. Reeves; his daughter Carrie Tracy (Steve); his grandchildren, Julia, Owen Dykens, Mackenzie and Dustin Caldwell; his cousins, Peg Ellis, Steve MacDonald, Brian, Trudy Broughm and Rosalyn Broughm; and his siblings-in-law, Harold (Ruth), Henry Reeves (Frances), Marilyn and Linda Reeves. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Middleton Funeral Home (398 Main St, Middleton, NS B0S1P0). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cambridge Cemetery (5981 Nova Scotia Trunk 1, Cambridge, NS B0P1G0).
Family flowers only, donations in his memory may be made to Berwick Baptist Church, Cambridge Baptist Church or to a charity of ones choice.
