She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. "Bill" Young and C. Elizabeth "Betty" Young (Innes); her nephew John Wilkinson; and her niece Shelly Strong. She is survived by: her siblings, Joy Parker (late Bruce) of Berwick, Sandra "Sandy" Perry (late Donald) of Berwick, Peter Young (late Anne) of Nanaimo, B. C. and Sidney Young (Bette). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
