It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Emelie Armstrong (Middleton, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 26, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, P. Donald Morris and Norene J. Morris (Woodworth). She is survived by: her husband William G. "Bill" Armstrong; her sister Donna Pineo (Rick) of Welsford; her stepchildren, Richard Armstrong (Megan), Beth Gallant (Steven) and Josh Armstrong; her nieces, Dorothy Jones (Darren) and Emelie Sponagle (Matthew); and her nephew Donald Pineo (Meghan). She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
