She was predeceased by : her parents, James Leo and Cynthia Rule (Reynolds); her husbands, William C. Coolen, Herbert E Grube and Terry McSweeney; and her siblings, James H Rule and Beatrice Myatt.

She is survived by : her sons, Kevin F McSweeney and Martin T McSweeney (Bernadette); her grandson Sean M McSweeney; her nephew David Myatt; and her stepchildren, Lianne Joyce (Terry), Marcia Hobin (Brian) and Peter Coolen (Carolyn). She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
