Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sherrian Madeline McKay of Mineville, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 77, on February 3, 2021. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Joe; her parents, John Davies and Madeline Davies of Lake Echo; her sons, Michael (Joy) of Alberta, Lawerence (Cindy) of Mineville and Brian (Heather) of Lake Echo; her grandchildren, Amy (Geoff) of Dartmouth, Bethany (Katie) of Ottawa, Taylor (Christine) of Mineville, Ranon (Kohl) of Alberta and Kai (Hannah) of Halifax; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Cyrus and Easton.
Because of COVID 19 restrictions it will be a service by invitation only at St Andrew's Church at 11am Tuesday, Feb 9 in Eastern Passage with a burial to follow at the St Andrew's Cemetery on Caldwell Road.
Family flowers only donations in memory of Sherrian can be sent to Lake Echo Food Bank, 322 Ponderosa Dr, Lake Echo, NS B3E 1E2 or the Canadian Cancer Society.
