Charlotte Elizabeth Mattie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Elizabeth Mattie (Monastery, Nova Scotia), born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jimmy" Frederick and Rita Elizabeth Mattie (Bonvie); her siblings, James Frederick, Joseph Theodore "Ted" and Margaret; and her brother-in-law Spiro Schembri.

She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Michelle of Monastery, Dwayne (Chrissy) of Monastery and Wanda of Monastery; her grandchildren, Samantha Cheney (Graeme), Morgan and Ethan; her great grandchild Finn; her brothers, Michael (Anne), Basil (Elaine), Bernie (Karen), Robert and Ralph (Donalda); her sisters-in-law, Marie Mattie and Dorothy Mattie; and her aunt Ethel Landry (Bonvie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
