He was predeceased by : his sister Jana Lee; and his grandparents, Margaret, Francis Mattie, Mary and Reg Connors.

He is survived by : his wife Megan (Pilgrim); his daughter Bryn Jana Lee; his brothers, Jamie (Nicole), Johnny and Jerry (Rieneke); his nephew Jack; and his niece Andi Lee. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and wonderful friends.

Donations can be made in trust to Jody's daughter, Bryn.
