She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Grant (McDonald) and Michael Grant of Monastery, NS.; her husband Charles Punch; her siblings, Marie MacDonald, Evangeline Hatfield, Edward and William'Billie'Grant; and her brother-in-law Angus MacDonald.

She is survived by: her son Dwayne Punch; her grandchildren, Andrew and Rylee; her daughter Jennifer Punch (Paul Myette); her grandchildren, Aidan and Nora; her daughter Shauna Hachey (Jordan); her grandchildren, Jasper and Beatrice; her siblings, Lorna Chisholm (Dermot) and David MacEachern (Marianne); her brother-in-law Carmen Hatfield; and her cousin Donnie McNutt (Donna). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the C. L. Curry Funeral Home (135 College St, Antigonish, NS B2G1X9). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Peter's Church (45 Old Trunk Rd, Monastery, NS B0H1W0).
