It is with sadness that the passing of Mildred Carol Simm of Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia is shared. Mildred, born on October 7, 1942 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, passed away on October 7, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Lively and Mae Lively (Lynch); and her husband Neil. She is survived by: her children, Greg (Donna), Glenda Bond (Stephen), Garth (Nicole), Georgina Caldwell (Dean), Gavin and Glendon; her grandchildren, Meagan Jarhles (Mike Handley), Jacob Tan (Yana), Wallace, William Simm and Santana; her great grandchildren, Saoirse, River Jarhles, Brooklyn Handley, Julian and Sophia Tan; her sister Jean Patriquin (Bob); her nephew Robbie Patriquin (Linda); and her daughter-in-law Joan White.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St Paul's United Church (293 Etter Rd, Mount Uniacke, NS B0N1Z0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in memory can be made to either St. Paul's United Church or Uniacke Wish givers.
