We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2023, at the age of 83, Rita May Harroun of Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita May Harroun to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harlan White and Florence White (Holland); her siblings, Stan White and Janet Scholes; and her grandson Lucas William Owen.

She is survived by : her husband William James Harroun; her children, Helen Crosby (Phil), Robert Harroun (Lori-Ann), Edmonton of Alberta and David Harroun (Melanie); and her siblings, Marth Sanford (Blake) and William White. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the Legion Cenotaph Fund, Mount Uniacke.
