He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert George Harroun and Helen Margaret; his sisters, Betty and Jean; and his grandson Lucas Owen.
He is survived by: his sister Roberta; his wife Rita Harroun (White); his children, Robert Harroun (Lori Ann), David Harroun (Melanie) and Helen Crosby (Philip); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Justin, Meranda, Zachery, Noah and Rebecca.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 7:00 AM, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barnard Funeral Home (85 Sackville Cross Rd, Lower Sackville, NS B4C2M2). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 1288 Bedford Hwy, Bedford, NS B4A1C8.
