She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Baker and Albert Baker; her husband Cyril Rose; and her sister Edna. She is survived by: her children, Shirley Cox (Neil) of Bridgewater, Linda (Bill Smillie) of Baltimore, Maryland and Wayne Rose (Dwina) of Eastern Passage; her grandchildren, Joanna, Cindy, Heather, Andrea, Adam, Michael and Ann Marie; her sisters, Millie Collis, Bessie Beaumont and Truro; her sisters-in-law, Mary Hines, Halifax, Phyllis Rose and Toronto; and her niece Judy Ryan (Larry). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Memorial Fund at St. Andrews Anglican Church in Mulgrave, Nova Scotia, the Alzheimer Society of Canada, Hillside Pines Home for Special Care or a charity of your choice.
