He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Welton and Agnes Welton (Clarke); his sister Elizabeth Wolfe (Betsy); and his son-in-law Kenneth Warren. He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Lines); and his daughters, Crystal Warren of Parrsboro, NS and Linda Cole (Michael).
