It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Shirley Carter of Nappan, Nova Scotia, born in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carter and Margaret Carter; and his daughter Kathryn Roy. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Carter; and his children, Shauna Arseneau (Claude), Susan Trueman (Glenn), Marsha Andrews (Timothy), William Carter (Ruth Hubley) and Michael Carter (Karen Ruston). He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
