With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Joseph Boutilier of Neils Harbour, Nova Scotia, born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 23, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Boutilier and Olive Boutilier (Buffett); and his sister Leona. He is survived by : his wife Patsy; his children, Norman (Samantha), Chazz, Clifton (Amy) and Blair (Jake); his sisters, Mimi (Rudy) and Judy; his brother-in-law Paul; his grandchildren, Brianna, Brett, Liam and Austin; and his great grandchild Brody. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
