He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilfred Clarence and Beulah Mae Hull (Hebb); his close friend Lillian Mackay; and his siblings, Beulah Ramey, Alvin Hull and Lindsay Hull.
He is survived by : his stepdaughter Susan Mackay; and his brother Wilfred Hull.
Donations can be made in memory of Johnny to South Shore Regional Hospital or Hemford Cemetery.
