He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Oran and Rhetty Regina Frank (Wentzell); his wife Marjorie Alice Frank (Flower); his son Gary Frank; and his siblings, Merva Hiltz, Vivian McGill, Althea Sarty, Ida Morse, Myrtle Bishop, Iris, Inez, Robert and Wendell.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Frank of Upper Hainesville, NB, Dawn Frank, Maplewood, H. Lionel Frank and Eric Frank; and his sister Dara Best. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkdale-Maplewood Community Cemetery, Hillcrest Masonic Lodge #93 or a charity of choice.
