He is survived by : his significant other Marion Carver; his nephew Neil (Debbie); his great-nieces, Gracie and Erika; his great-nephew Evan; his sister-in-law Marina; his nieces, Nancy (Robbie) and Heidi; his stepson Marlon; his granddaughter Tiffany (Andrew); his great grandchild Wyatt; and his grandson Nicholas (Elizabeth).

Memorial donations in William's memory may be made to the Emmanuel United Church, Hemford, NS or Epworth United Church, New Germany, or charity of choice.
