She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Cormier; her husband Hugh John MacGillivray; her sons, Michael and Mark; and her siblings, Jessie, Helen, Albert, Cyril and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie MacGillivray of Saint John, N. B., Al MacGillivray, Hughie MacGillivray (Darrellene), Saint John, David MacGillivray (Dianne) and Carol MacDonald (Anthony); her grandchildren, Michelle, Shawn, Elaine, Barry, Sanja, Mark, Adam, Kiera and Sherri; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Lacey, Ashley, Kennedy, Isabella, Chase, Merrick, Maquailla, Kai, Henrik, Elliot, Jonas and Marlie; her great great grandchild Desmond; and her siblings, Margie and Gilbert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
If desired, donations may be made in Agnes's memory to St. Mary's Cemetery, Aberdeen Health Foundation Palliative Care Unit Endowment, Pictou County Victorian Order of Nurses or St. Martha's Regional Hospital Foundation Oncology Unit.
