He was predeceased by: his parents, Israel Leroy and Hazel Bertha Webb (Eagles); his wife Emily Elizabeth "Em" Webb (Nicholls); his siblings, June, Floyd and Bob; and his siblings-in-law, Doreen, Jessie, Bill and Buddy.
He is survived by: his children, Billy (Edna), Debbie (Alan), Donna (Steve), Bobby (Nancy), Juanita (Karleen) and Susan (Billy); his siblings, Joy (Alex), Juanita, Hazel, Ray (Nancy) and Gary (Margie); and his brother-in-law Alvin "Buster". He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
